The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions by Directors of the Company which took place on 11 June 2008.
Ian D. Brodie purchased 86,741 ordinary shares, at a value of 17.5p per share
Kevin N. Edwards purchased 66,347 ordinary shares, at a value of 17.5p per share
Following these purchases, Ian D. Brodie is interested in 695,254 ordinary shares representing 0.8% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Kevin N. Edwards is interested in 315,298 ordinary shares representing 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The total beneficial holdings of those Directors, including LTIP shares, are as follows:
Ian D. Brodie - 1,695,254 ordinary shares representing 1.94% of the issued share capital
Kevin N. Edwards - 1,065,298 ordinary shares representing 1.22% of the issued share capital
